New semester,hopes not so new.

Finally..6 months of turmoil ended at 11/11/11. The last semester was filled with both glorious and inglorious moments. I managed to shed 27 kgs in the last 6 months by a special torture method called dieting,or specifically crash dieting. My body is FUBAR all the way,now i have to rat almost 6x a day in order to maintain a healthy weight. What can i say,i overshot myself!

Academic performances were, hmm what should i say? Uncertain? Yes...sem exam results are quite uncertain. will i pass through or fuck it all up..Only my dear FSM,his excellence knows..

will post rest tomorrow...buh bye..

Adventures of Tintin: Secret of the unicorn

Today-20-11-2011

Tintin comics are one of my all time favorites besides the Batman series. I find them full of vigor ,enthusiasm and positivity. The Spielberg movie gave me all of it,temporarily taking me back to my school days.

Tintin the reporter buys a model ship from the market for cheap, but he doesn't realize that its gonna take him for the ride of a lifetime. Tintin and his loyal dog snowy travel far and wide, escape misadventures and gains a new friend,Captain Haddock(Drunk n dangerous, and is a bit outspoken) ,but will they get what they're after?

Movie is fast paced and simple enough even for dummies. Spielberg proves again why he's my favorite director. He's displayed amazing range in choice of subjects and their effective execution Dubbing choices for all the characters were excellent. Loved Haddock's and Red Rackham's choices,Hank Azaria and Daniel Craig(James Bond). Jamie Bell's voice was perfect for the babyfaced Tintin. Technical department just rocked. All the details were done to perfection. Modelling was too good. Considerable change has been done to the script in order to manage the length but it was good, otherwise the movie would've been too lengthy.

Highly recommended ! Bring your family along while watching it, especially the little ones, they'll love it.
